Welcome to AllMinecraft.net. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllMinecraft.net (the “Site”). By using this Site in any way-including viewing, registering, commenting, voting, downloading, or uploading-you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Independent Fan Project

AllMinecraft.net is a fan-made, independent platform. It is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any official Minecraft entity. "Minecraft" and all related assets are trademarks of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. We rely on Discord’s OAuth system for age verification. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not access or use AllMinecraft.net. We aim to comply with COPPA and GDPR regulations.

3. Account Creation and Responsibility

Accounts are created using Discord login. We collect your Discord user ID, username, and email address. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at our discretion without notice.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

• Discord ID, username, and email (upon login)
• Content you create (posts, comments, uploads, votes, etc.)
• Site activity metadata (timestamps, IP addresses, browser data)

This data is used to run the Site, personalize experiences, enforce moderation, detect abuse, and serve ads (Google Ads). We do not sell your data. Admins and moderators may access certain information to perform moderation duties under confidentiality.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and related technologies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Measure traffic (Google Analytics)
• Serve relevant ads (Google Ads)

By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies. Disabling cookies may impact functionality.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

When you submit content to AllMinecraft.net (including posts, guides, mods, images, etc.), you confirm that:

• You created it or have permission to post it
• It does not infringe on anyone’s rights
• It is constructive, legal, and not misleading or harmful

You retain copyright to your content. However, you grant AllMinecraft.net a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to display, host, modify, promote, and distribute your content—including derivative and promotional works.

7. Post Ownership and Control

You may post about mods, clients, or tools that you did not create—as long as your content is original, informative, and valuable.

If the actual creator of a project requests ownership of a post about their project, we may transfer it to them. They will gain full editing rights and file hosting privileges. The original poster may receive credit or reputation, but will lose post control.

This only applies to primary project pages—not guides, reviews, or fan-made content. Only verified owners may upload files to AllMinecraft.net; others must link to official sources.

8. Post Deletion and Backups

Users may delete their content at any time. Deleted posts are removed immediately, but may remain in system backups temporarily. These backups are not reused unless explicitly requested for restoration.

We do not retain or display deleted content unless required by law or for critical system recovery.

9. Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Harassing, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or threatening content
• Sexually explicit or excessively graphic material
• Doxing, stalking, or leaking personal data
• Malware, viruses, spyware, or other harmful code
• Copyrighted or plagiarized content
• Promotion of illegal activity, cheating, or exploits
• Spamming, vote manipulation, impersonation, or automation abuse

Violations may lead to removal of content or account bans without warning.

10. Moderation, Verification, and Trust Scores

Moderation is discretionary. Verified ranks like “Verified Developer” may require proof (e.g., verification code on an official site). These ranks can be revoked at any time.

Reputation and trust systems are informational, not guarantees. Use discretion, especially when downloading files.

11. File Hosting, Safety, and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee safety, compatibility, or performance of any file on the Site. You are responsible for scanning and evaluating all downloads.

We may flag or remove suspicious content but are not liable for issues caused by downloads.

12. Consent via Modal and Continued Use

When Terms are updated, a modal popup may notify you. Dismissing or continuing to use the Site after seeing this modal indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Copyright Compliance and Takedowns

If you believe your copyrighted work is posted without permission, email [email protected] with:

• Your name and contact info
• A link to the infringing post
• A statement that you are the copyright holder or acting on their behalf

We will review and take appropriate action.

14. Feedback and Suggestions

By submitting ideas or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Limitation of Liability

AllMinecraft.net is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Account or device issues
• Content errors or interruptions
• Consequences from downloaded content
• External bans or penalties from other platforms

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllMinecraft.net, its owners, moderators, and affiliates from any claims or losses arising from:

• Your content or actions on the Site
• Shared files
• Violations of these Terms or laws

17. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. We will post updates on the Site and may notify users via modals or banners. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
