Some of the Mods I like :)

Hi guys,
I would like to let people know about a couple of mods that I consider basically essential in today’s day and age.
These mods, in my opinion, elevate the Minecraft experience by so much that I hardly play without them.
They aren’t really PvP oriented but more so focus on the general immersion in Minecraft.
The mods I will be talking about are:
Bobby
Iris
Nvidium
XaeroPlus (in combination with Xaero’s Mini/World Map)
I will be briefly talking about these mods so you know what they are about and why you should use them.
Starting with Bobby, Bobby is a mod that locally saves the chunks that you load when playing Minecraft and then displays them even if you are further away from them than the render distance allows. What this means is that you can have a very high visual render distance. This just looks incredible. A good friend of mine (m_o_t_h_r_a) took the 256k world download and converted all of it into Bobby Cache files, and, with a sufficiently powerful system, he was able to play at 2b Spawn with a render distance of 128 chunks, and it looked stunning.
Next up is Iris. Iris is probably the most well-known mod on the small list I am presenting today. Iris is the shader mod that you see in most videos. Paired with any of the popular shaders like Complementary Iris, it is a very cool mod that can bring a lot of visual appeal to this game.
Nvidium, while sadly not working when Iris has shaders enabled, is a mod that changes the rendering backend of Sodium to nVidia’s native OpenGL extensions, which will result in a significant gain in FPS. As you can probably tell by the name, this mod only works if you have an nVidia GPU but oh my god, is it worth it. In combination with Bobby, this mod really shines!
Next, XaeroPlus, which is a mod for Xaero’s Mini/World Map which adds so many 2b focused options to the Xaeros and makes this hands down the best Mini/World Map mod that is currently out there. It’s developed by a 2b player by the name of rfresh (he also made ZenithProxy, very cool).
I would recommend anyone to try these mods out.

usually im not one for visual mods but these might change my mind. i quite like how it looks for screenshots but day to day gameplay might need some toning down imo
