RusherHack Meteor Integration Plugin

This is a simple plugin for RusherHack that implements ModuleButtons and Settings for RusherHack modules in Meteor Client’s gui, under the Rusher tab that it adds.
It also adds a module to meteor client that opens the rusher screen, so you can bind it
